Villa Myrtia consists a three levels residence with three bedrooms, four bathrooms and a private swimming pool. The ground floor has the entrance, an open plan kitchen, a dining room, and a living room.
Also at the same level, there is a WC with a shower and a large room that can be used as a warehouse.
The staircase leads to the first floor where there are two bedrooms with two twin beds, each of them has its own bathroom and terrace.
One of the bedrooms has an extra small room inside, where a child can be accommodated.
On the top floor, there is a bedroom with a king bed, a bathroom and its own veranda.
The living room has access to a large, 220sq metres, fenced and surrounded by ancient olive trees garden. There you can find a 40sq meter swimming pool, a BBQ and a dinner table, fully equipped.
