Location
The deposit for reservations is 25% of total package.
The remaining amount for the total package has to be paid within 6 weeks prior to your arrival.
Any prepayment is non-refundable regarding cancellations finalized before the start of the 6th week prior to your arrival.
In case of cancellation between 46 and 29 days prior to your arrival, you will get a 50% refund of the total package price.
In case of cancellation between 28 and 8 days day prior to your arrival, you will get a 25% refund of the total package price.
In case of cancellation within 7 days prior to your arrival, the total package price is non-refundable.
In case of no-show, the total package price is non-refundable.
Rates include cost of utilities, pool cleaning and gardening services, VAT and local taxes.
We accept Visa, Mastercard and Maestro and we reserve the right to temporarily hold an amount prior to arrival.
Pets are allowed on request. No extra charges.
Smoking is not allowed.
